Matthew Matt James was born in North Carolina on December 5 1991. The is the son of Manny James, and Patty James of mixed race. He is the son of the Nigerian father and a Caucasian woman. He graduated in the year 2010 from Sanderson High School. In 2015, he received his Bachelor of Economics from Wake Forest University. James made headlines when he became a reality television star in The Bachelorette. James was chosen in the year 2020 to play the 25th season bachelor of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The show debuted in on the 20th of January in. James seems to be the ideal candidate to be the lead because is tall, beautiful and charming. Rachael Krakconnell who James had picked as his partner through the remainder of the season.
